What We Collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, beehiiv collects your email address and signup information. This data is collected only when you actively submit a form.
Legal Basis
We process your personal data based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit a form. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.
Data Processors
- Web3Forms — processes form submissions on our behalf.
- beehiiv — processes newsletter subscriptions and delivers the newsletter on our behalf. See beehiiv's privacy policy .
- hCaptcha — provides spam protection on the contact form. hCaptcha may set cookies and process limited technical data to verify you are human. See hCaptcha's privacy policy .
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, self-hosted at analytics.selfdeprecated.ai. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. All data is aggregated — no individual visitors are identified. See Plausible's data policy .
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Newsletter data is retained while you remain subscribed, then deleted or anonymized subject to our legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
